Y PORTH yw prosiect ieuenctid a chymuned Capel Seion sydd wedi’i leoli yn Hwb Hebron.

Y PORTH is the youth and community development project of Capel Seion based in Hebron community hub.

CAPEL SEION yw Cartref Ysbrydol eglwys Capel Seion yn Nrefach.

CAEL SEION is the Spiritual Home of the church in the community. Hebron and the church are one.
